The property is well located and very serene. Pleasent for eyes and also staying. Staffs are very professional and courteous. I visited with 1 yr old child and the way they helped us in taking care of my daughter food, is very family like. As suggestion for the resort, you can add desert in your menu and thali system also. It will give more choice to your customer and satisfaction. Wishing you all the very best for your growth and future. Regards

our stay was pleasant, the property is located between tea gardens, food was delicious and cost of food was reasonable, staff was extremely cooperative, the manager Mr abhijeet was quick to respond and resolve any concerns we had, property maintenance could have been better though

Starting with the unknown facts - this resort is a part of adjacent Summit group properties having the same owner. The place doesn’t have its own restaurant but you can visit the restaurant of Summit for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Food there is good with good portion size. The ambience is like inside of a cave but very cosy. Waiters and staff are polite but the prices are on an expensive side. Coming to the rooms, the rooms were quite good and well lit. You’ll get complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, kettle, etc. inside the room. They also provide complimentary toiletries, slippers, etc. The bathroom is nice and clean as well with 24/7 hot water. Room is quite spacious with clean towels provided, clean bedding and working tv network. There is also a balcony area with every room facing a tea garden which can be accessed through the room itself. Menu cards are provided in the room which is served by the summit restaurant. The manager was very good to us and had helped us with everything. They arranged a bonfire for us for 500/-, arranged an early morning jeep safari for 4500/-. Overall it was one of my beat experience staying in Kaziranga.

It is a good property, but maybe the owner couldn't look after it that's why it's not well maintained and most of the cottages were given on lease to summit hotel and resorts so they basically have only a few rooms that they are running, the rooms are damp and dusty and even the pillows, duvet and bedsheets were dirty and i had to get it exchanged for a cleaner one. Breakfast was okay, but overall they need to maintain this property.

Loved staying in this property. It’s cosy and beautiful and pretty close to the safari points for kajiranga. Rakesh, the in house staff was super helpful and the food was very good to speak the least

Location was excellent, food was enormously expensive, services was prompt bu there was some issues. Geyser was not working, problem with their electricity main line box because of which ac could not be used. My mother and brother could not sleep the whole night
